Preventing Construction Site Injuries
The Bureau of Labor Statistics reveals that less than 10% of construction laborers will be the victim of an injury on site annually. Yet, there were nearly 900
deaths annually at construction sites across the country.
Construction site injuries and accidents often occur because those in charge try to cut corners to be more profitable. Instead of complying with government standards and regulation, they opt for faster cheaper work. This results in unsafe working conditions, workers who are not trained fully, lack of safety inspections, negligent workers, or defective equipment use.
Motorcycle Crashes Cause Lifelong Challenges
While many motorcycle riders enjoy the freeing feeling associated with riding motorcycles on roads throughout Massachusetts, the truth is that motorcyclists
are frequently exposed to serious injuries when they happen to be involved in motor vehicle accidents. The inherent lack of protection afforded to motorcycle riders often means that these individuals are usually susceptible to much more severe injuries in most crashes.

Side Impact Car Accident Lawsuit
Our vehicles are manufactured to keep us safe while driving. The bumpers are reinforced and airbags are required by all states. A t-bone crash is a collision that happens as one vehicle is broadsided. Unfortunately, there is not as much protection on the sides of cars. In fact, broadside collisions are the cause of about a quarter of passenger fatalities in this country. Side airbags are now becoming standard industry practice, but there are still vehicles on the road that do not have this protection.
Two Car Collision on Belair Street Results in Injury
A two vehicle crash occurred on a neighborhood street late this afternoon in Brockton on Belair Street. One woman injured her arm. The Brockton Fire
Department reported to the scene. It appeared to be nearly a head-on collision of both cars, yet only the front corner bumpers and wheels were damaged. No further information at this time.
Head-On Collisions
When two vehicles crash into each other, traveling at a typical rate of speed, the individuals in the vehicle experience an impact of twice the rate of speed. This explains how easily a head-on collision can become fatal. Even parts of the vehicle designed for safety cannot withstand the impact if a typical head-on collision. Head-on collisions are some of the most confusing accidents in determining fault. This is why an experienced Massachusetts personal injury attorney needs to be by your side to make sure the most knowledgeable reconstruction experts are available to you to uncover evidence of fault.

Icy Road Accident Lawsuit
As much as the local news would like you to believe that the weather reports are dependable, they are not. Sometimes, a driver finds himself amidst a sudden weather change, and must push on to their ending point. This change in weather may not have been something the driver was prepared for and an accident may occur. It may not be the weather alone that was the cause of the accident, but the condition of the road combined with the weather. The city responsible for maintaining the road may be liable to the driver for not foreseeing the dangerous road condition in certain weather conditions.

School Bus Accident Lawsuits
Families across the nation rely on school bus transportation for their children, and believe it is a safe form of travel. However, school bus accidents do occur and based on the reason for the accident, there are many entities who may be responsible for your child’s injuries. These include, of course the driver or the school district. But, the victim’s family needs to look further than that to the organization that owns the bus if the school is a private school. Sometimes, a school, whether public or private, will contract out the bus service. The contractor could be responsible in that case too. Even in that scenario the contractor may sub-contract the maintenance of the bus and that sub-contractor could be responsible for the injuries as well.
