Worcester, MA – Pedestrian Accident Reported on Waverly Street

Police report that a pedestrian was walking in the 1 block of Waverly Street on Monday morning at approximately 10:00 am. At that time, a vehicle traveling on Waverly struck the pedestrian. Worcester, MA – Injury Accident Occurs on Madison Street

Worcester, MA (June 26, 2018) – Worcester police stayed busy on Monday afternoon responding to a rash of injury accidents across the city. This continues an unfortunate trend of accidents which began over the weekend and has spilled into the beginning of the week.

On Monday, June 25th at around 11:00 am police received a call concerning a possible accident with injuries in in the 1 block of Madison Street. Several officers responded to the scene in reference to the call. Once they arrived, they located a crash with injuries, as described by the caller. The cause of the crash is unknown. EMS also responded to the scene in order to treat the injured victims. Information regarding the severity of injuries has not been given by police. Worcester Police Investigate Hit and Run on Alpine Street

Worcester police have had an active weekend thus far. As of Sunday morning, officers have responded to over 60 car accident calls. Many of these calls are for accidents with only property damage. Several others, however, are hit and run and multiple car accidents involving injury to the occupants.

A personal injury accident occurred in the 1 block of Highland Street at 6 pm on Saturday, June 23rd. Police responded to the scene of the crash immediately after receiving a call regarding the crash. They discovered that at least one person had sustained injuries in the crash. The extent of injuries is unknown at this time. The drivers involved have not been identified and the cause of the crash remains under police investigation. Injury Accident in 1 Block of Winthrop Street

An injury accident took place in the 1 Block on Winthrop Street early Sunday morning in Worcester, Massachusetts. The accident happened around 2:00 am according to local police.
