Two-Vehicle Accident Leads to Death of Three People

On June 10, a lethal car accident caused the death of three people, including a 7-year-old child.

State Police responded to the accident which occurred around 1:30 in the afternoon. A Woburn woman was behind the wheel of a car that was hit by another driver. The 46-year-old woman was driving a Ford Explorer on Portland Street when her car was hit by a 1994 Honda Civic that slid into her path. The two vehicles collided, killing three people in the Honda.

The victims including a 31-year-old driver, a 29-year-old man, and a 7-year-old boy. A 73-year-old woman riding in the ford was taken to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead. The names of the victims in this accident have not yet been released. The crash is still being investigated by State Police and other police departments.

Hit-and-Run Injury Accident in Worcester

On June 10, the Worcester Police Department received information about a vehicle accident that involved two vehicles.

The accident occurred on the 100 block of Shrewsbury Street and was reported to emergency personnel around 10 at night. First responders arrive at the scene soon afterward and found that one individual had been injured in the crash. They also learned that one of the drivers involved had fled the scene after the initial impact. Medical care was given to the victim at the scene, but the extent of their injuries is still under review. No fatalities were reported.

Police direct traffic around the area and the crash was cleared within the hour. Statements were taken and recorded by the police. This accident remains under investigation by police, and the other driver has not yet been found.

Alleged Drunk Driver Arrested in Three-Car Crash that Killed a 63-Year-Old

On June 10, State Police responded to a three-car crash that occurred in Chelmsford. The accident occurred on Route 3. Emergency responders including EMTs were dispatched to the scene quickly

Upon arrival, first responders found that Christopher Thompson, 38, of Nashua, had caused the accident and appeared to be driving. He was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and causing serious bodily injury. Thompson was driving a 2016 Jetta when he rear-ended a 1996 Toyota Camry being driven by a 63-year-old man. The accident occurred around 1:25 a.m.

The 63-year-old victim was pronounced dead due to injuries sustained in the crash. His identity has not been released at this time.

Accident on Harding Street

On June 10, the Worcester Police Department received a report of a two-vehicle accident involving injuries. The accident was reported to police around 1 in the morning, and first responders arrived shortly afterward at the 100 block of Harding Street. Police and fire crews including EMTs were dispatched to the area within a short amount of time.

Initially, emergency responders directed traffic around the area, and, within the hour, the accident was cleared. The victims spoke to police about the incident. One person was injured in the crash, and they were given medical care at the scene. The extent of their injuries is still being determined. Statements were also taken from those who were involved in the accident. No fatalities were reported in this incident.

Six-Vehicle Pile-up Accident in North Attleboro Causes Injuries

On June 10, Massachusetts State Police received a report of a multi-vehicle accident. The information was received by police around 7:00 in the morning on Sunday, and emergency responders were dispatched to the scene soon afterwards. Upon arrival at the scene, they discovered that the accident involved six vehicles and multiple injuries. The incident occurred on I-95 near Exit 5 in North Attleboro.

First responders administer medical care to multiple victims at the scene. Three people had to be transported to area hospitals. The extent of their injuries is still being determined. However, no fatalities were reported. The scene was cleared within the hour, and traffic began to flow normally within a short time of the accident being cleaned up.

Injury Accident on William Street

On June 10, the Worcester Police Department received a call about a motor vehicle injury accident. Initial reports indicate that the accident involved two vehicles. This incident was reported to police at approximately 1 in the afternoon and occurred on the 100 block of William Street. Fire and police crews were sent to the area upon hearing news of the accident.

First responders were dispatched to the scene, and, upon arrival, they found that some of the individuals involved had been injured in the accident. Medical care was administered to this individual by EMTs. The extent of the injuries is still under review, and no fatalities were reported. The scene was cleared and the flow of traffic resumed.

Two-Vehicle Accident in Randolph Seriously Injures One

On June 10, a car accident in Randolph lead to serious injuries. State Police responded to a motor vehicle accident involving a 2006 Cadillac SRX driven by a 41-year-old woman and a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta being driven by a 59-year-old man.

Upon arrival, they found that the woman had suffered from serious injuries. She was flown via medical helicopter to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Her condition is reported to be serious. The other driver was taken to Good Samaritan Medical Center with injuries that were not life-threatening.

The accident occurred around 11:00 at night on Route 24, and the southbound lanes were closed for around an hour before the scene was cleared and traffic resumed as normal. The names of the victims have not been released at this time.

Pedestrian Accident in Beverly

On June 10, the Beverly Police Department received information about a pedestrian-vehicle accident. The accident occurred around 6:15 in the evening, and emergency responders were dispatched and arrived quickly at the scene.

Once arriving at the scene on Pond and Rantoul Streets, they discovered that one pedestrian had been struck by a motor vehicle. This individual sustained injuries in the accident, and medical care was administered to them at the scene. The extent of their injuries is still being determined. No fatalities were reported, and police secure the scene within the hour. Police also took statements at the scene from the individuals who were injured in the accident as well as witnesses who were at the scene.

On June 11, State Police received a call about a multi-vehicle accident. The accident was reported to the police around 10:50 in the morning. Upon hearing about the accident, emergency dispatchers were sent to the scene. The accident occurred on Expressway North at Exit 12: Neponset Circle.

Once arriving at the scene, emergency responders found that one individual had suffered from injuries in the accident, and medical care was administered on the scene. The extent of the injuries is still under review. However, no fatalities were reported. The normal flow of traffic quickly resumed. Statements were taken at the scene by police. On June 9, the Worcester Police Department responded to an accident that involved two vehicles. They arrived at the scene of the accident which occurred on the 1st block of June Street at approximately 3 in the afternoon.

Once arriving at the scene, first responders found that some of the individuals had sustained injuries in the crash. EMTs administered medical care at the scene, but the extent of the injuries is still under review. The scene was cleared within the hour, and the normal flow of traffic resumed.
