Patrick Burns from Lexington died on Sunday, May 6 at Mount Auburn Hospital after his car hit a pole and trapped him in his car. He was 24-years-old. This happened in Cambridge.

The Brighton Barracks of the Massachusetts State Police responded at around 4:20 in the morning. The crash happened at Sozio rotary on Concord Avenue.

EMS took burns to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

Crash in Worcester
A crash that happened in Worcester on I-290 eastbound caused extensive traffic issues on the highway as well as surrounding roads. This accident happened near the East Central Street overpass on Tuesday morning.

Traffic was moving slowly from the Massachusetts Turnpike as well as from I-190 from the north.

The incident happened at around 7 in the morning.

Crews in Northampton responded to a call at Cooley Dickinson Hospital on Saturday after an SUV crashed into the hospital.

The Northampton Police Department reported that they were called to the accident on Saturday morning at around 7. The fire department was also there.

1 Injured in Rollover Crash on UMass Campus
On May 4, at least one person was severely injured in a rollover crash that happened early in the day at the campus of the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.

The incident occurred at around 4:30 in the morning on East Campus Road. This road has a speed limit of 15 mph.

A witness said that the car was flying down the road.

Car Accident on Massachusetts Turnpike Injures 5
In April, five people were hurt when two vehicles were involved in a crash on Mike Pike on Sunday morning.

The state police say that the crash happened at around 4:40 in the morning near the Allston tolls on the eastbound side.

Two of those injured had to be taken to Boston Medical Center and two others were taken to Massachusetts General Hospital. The last victim was taken to Tufts Medical Center. It is not known how severe their injuries were.
