images-1Burlington, MA (July 2, 2018) – A three car crash occurred in Burlington, Massachusetts Sunday evening.  The crash happened on Route 128 just before Wynn Street and involved three vehicles.  Neither the vehicles involved, nor the drivers were immediately identified by police.  Officers, along with fire and rescue personnel came to the scene.  An EMS was on site treating injured victims.  At least one victim was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries sustained in the accident.

Burlington police are still investigating the crash and have not released word on the cause.  There is no word on whether anyone will be charged for their role in the accident.  Traffic in the area was momentarily slowed while police investigated and cleared the accident.  Within an hour, police completed their investigation and the road re-opened for traffic.

images-2-1The work week is off to a slow start for some motorists across our state. A crash involving injuries has been reported to police in Burlington, Massachusetts.  The report came in just after 5:30 concerning a multiple vehicle crash with injuries on Route 128 just before Exit 33.  Officers arrived on scene shortly after the collision occurred.

The crash caused traffic delays in the area, although they are only described as minor approaching the accident scene.  The injured did receive treatment on scene but there is no word on their condition at this time.  Police urge motorists to continue using caution on the highways as they make their way into work this morning.  No further details were released.
