Brewster, MA – Three Vehicle Crash on Route 6 Injures One

Brewster, MA (July 13, 2018) – A three vehicle crash took place in Brewster, Massachusetts on Thursday. The crash occurred along Route 6, just past the exit for Freemans Way. In total, the crash involved three vehicles. Brewster police responded to the crash Thursday afternoon after receiving reports of the accident as well as personal injuries.

One person was hurt in the crash and was transported by ambulance to Cape Cod Hospital with unknown injuries. The crash remains under investigation by authorities in Brewster as of Friday morning. Police have not released a cause of the collision. The crash, along with two others in the area, caused significant traffic delays for motorists using Route 6.

Brewster, MA – Car Strikes Scooter, Injures One

Brewster, MA (July 8, 2018) – A car and a scooter collided with one another on Sunday morning in Brewster, Massachusetts leaving one person injured. The accident took place around 11:30 am on Main Street, just east of Nickerson State Park. There were two people on the scooter at the time of the collision. One of the scooter passengers was transported to Cape Cod Hospital with unknown injuries. Police are still investigating the accident as of Sunday afternoon.

At this time, there is no word on what caused the accident or the identities of those involved. No additional details about the accident have been released.

Brewster, MA – One Injured When Car Strikes Tree

Brewster, MA (June 30, 2018) –A Nissan Rogue carrying three passengers crashed into a tree on Friday in Brewster, Massachusetts. The crash happened on Route 37 near Harwich around 12:30 pm. The crash was apparently caused when the driver of the Rogue lost control of her vehicle, left the roadway to the right and crashed head on into a tree. An ambulance arrived on scene shortly after the crash. One person was transported to Cape Cod Hospital. That person’s injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. The other three occupants of the Rogue were shaken up but not hurt.

Brewster Fire and Rescue along with local police investigated the crash. No other details have been released. The accident investigation remains active at this time.
