Head-On Car Accident

Head-on collisions can be the most severe type of car injury. Regardless of speed, these accidents can cause the most damage. Injuries from such collisions can take the most time from which to recover. The law recognizes this and requires that all drivers exercise care while driving. This is why there are regulations about driving and standard laws and signs. Failing to follow regulations and signs on the road are a way lawyers establish negligence in car accident cases. This is because the driver failed to meet his or her duty of driving safely by following the rules.

When an experienced Massachusetts personal injury attorney establishes the other driver is at fault for you injuries in a head-on collision, that driver becomes responsible for your medical bills, expenses, lost earnings, and pain and suffering. If you will have to continue medical care, the driver could also be responsible for your continuing medical care.
