Injury Accident on Commonwealth Avenue

A car accident is never what we expect to happen when we get into our car, but a car accident can occur suddenly. Severe accidents can happen on multi-lane freeways or on one-lane back roads. While not every car accident results in severe injuries, some of them do, and the impacts of these accidents can be quite critical.

The Boston Police Department received a report of a two-vehicle accident on May 30. The accident occurred at approximately 1:40 p.m. at 1298 Commonwealth Avenue.

Officer Rami Awad was one of the first to arrive, and other emergency responders came to the scene soon afterwards. Upon arrival, it was discovered that at least one individual had suffered injuries, so medical care was administered at the scene. The extent of their injuries is still being determined. However, no fatalities were reported. The scene was secured by authorities, and traffic was directed around the area.

Bus Accident on Route 95

A bus accident can cause catastrophic injuries to victims. Buses are larger than the average vehicle on the road, and they have large blind spots and difficulty stopping. They also carry many passengers at a time, so a bus accident can cause injury to multiple victims.

On May 30, State Police received information about a vehicle accident involving a bus. The accident occurred on Route 95 southbound at Exit 30. The report of the accident was given to police around 9:00 in the morning, and emergency personnel arrived on the scene soon afterwards.

Upon arrival, they found that the bus was disabled in the right lane. Traffic became backed up to Exit 32 as first responders secured the scene. At least one individual sustained injuries, and medical care was given to this individual at the scene. The extent of their injuries is still being determined.

Accident on Columbia Road

Accidents can happen on any road. It is easy to get complacent when driving on back roads or familiar streets, but we must remember that an accident can happen out of nowhere. Wherever you are driving, we urge you to remain vigilant while behind the wheel as car accidents can be devastating.

On May 30, the Boston Police Department received information about a two-vehicle accident. The call came through to the police around 1 in the afternoon, and Officer Kevin McClay was one of the first to arrive on the scene. Other emergency responders arrived soon afterwards.

Once at the scene on Columbia Road, authorities found that at least one individual had sustained personal injury in the collision. Medical care was administered to this individual, but the extent of their injuries is still being determined. The cause of this crash is still under police investigation.

Accident on Harrison Avenue

All drivers must remember they have a responsibility to drive attentively and follow traffic laws.

On May 30, a traffic accident involving two vehicles was reported to the Boston Police Department. Emergency personnel first heard about the accident around 6:20 in the morning, and they arrived at the scene shortly afterwards. The accident occurred on Harrison Avenue.

Officer Brian Lydon was one of the first people to arrive on the scene and support arrived soon after. Upon arrival, first responders found that at least one individual had sustained injuries, so they administered medical care to this individual. The extent of the injuries is still being determined.

Chelmsford Crash Injures 2

Vehicle accidents can cause critical injuries that leave victims dealing with detrimental impacts for years to come. We must all remember the potentially devastating consequences of car accidents when we are driving. Remaining vigilant and aware is essential to prevent collisions.

On May 29, a Lowell man was critically injured when the Subaru he was driving crashed head-on with a pickup truck. This accident occurred on Tuesday afternoon on Westford Road in Chelmsford.

Chelmsford police arrived on the scene and performed CPR on the 39-year-old driver. He was then transported to a hospital with life-threatening injuries. His condition is not known at this time. The driver of the pick-up truck also suffered injuries, and he is expected to recover. Police are continuing to investigate this crash.

Accident on Madison Street

We all have a responsibility to remain aware of our surroundings whenever we are steering a vehicle.

The Worcester Police Department received a call about a two-vehicle accident on the 1st block of Madison Street. The accident occurred on May 29 around 4:00 p.m., and emergency responders arrived at the scene to assess the situation quickly afterwards. At the scene, they found that at least one person had suffered injuries, and they administered care to this individual. The extent of the injuries is still being determined at this time.

Statements from those involved and witnesses were taken, and the area was secured within the hour.

Accident on Route 495

A serious car accident can happen seemingly out of nowhere. These accidents can occur when we are least expecting them and are often caused by negligent driving. A car accident can devastate victim’s’ lives. We all have a responsibility when behind the wheel to follow traffic laws and remain cautious at all times.

The Massachusetts State Police received information about a two-vehicle accident in Andover on May 30. The accident occurred on Route 495 Southbound at Exit 41 around 5:30 in the morning. First responders arrived on the seen soon afterwards and found that at least one individual had been injured in the crash. Medical care was administered to this individual.

Emergency personnel closed two lanes of the highway while the scene was being cleared and investigated. Within an hour, all the lanes were reopened and traffic resumed as usual. The extent of the injuries in this accident is still being determined.

Rollover Accident on I-90

On May 29, the Massachusetts State Police received information about a car accident. The call was received around 3:00 p.m., and emergency responders arrived at the scene shortly afterwards. Upon arrival, they found that one vehicle had rolled onto its side and that one other vehicle was involved in the crash.

The accident occurred on I-190 northbound prior to Exit 7 in Sterling. At least one individual sustained minor injuries and care was given to this individual at the scene. The extent of the injuries is still being determined. Emergency personnel closed the left lane and directed traffic around the area.

Hit-and-Run Crash on Massachusetts Avenue

A hit-and-run accident can be devastating for victims to deal with. These accidents can end up leaving victims behind to suffer and not receive the medical attention they need. All drivers need to remember to remain aware and do their part to prevent accidents. If they do cause an accident, they must take responsibility and remain at the scene.

Cambridge Police received information about a hit-and-run accident involving two motor vehicles on May 29. The incident was reported to police at approximately 11:00 p.m., and first responders were dispatched to the scene quickly after receiving this news. The accident occurred on Massachusetts Avenue.

Upon arrival, emergency personnel took a report from a Needham resident who remained at the scene. The other vehicle involved had fled after the accident occurred. Minor injuries were reported, and medical care was administered to the victim. The injuries do not appear to have been serious. The accident is still being investigated by police.
