Update: Rollover Crash Cleared

An accident that happened on Route 57 in Agawam caused the closure of all westbound lanes. A vehicle was reported to be on fire in the area. A few hours after the initial crash, the lanes were cleared.

Car crashes that are caused by someone else acting negligently can be devastating. These accidents can often be prevented, and they have dire consequences.

Update: Engaged Couple Killed in Crash
This is an update on a story we reported on earlier this week.

Police have identified an engaged couple as the victims of a violent car crash that happened on Tuesday night.

The victims are Angie Goodrich, 38, and Michael Luddington, 48.

Rollover Crash on Route 57

Sturbridge Police responded to a two-car crash on Route 20 at Hobbs Brook Plaza. The crash resulted in injuries and caused traffic delays. Both of the eastbound lanes were blocked because of this incident.

Saugus Police Respond to Crash
Saugus police responded to a rollover crash that left one man seriously injured.

The two-car crash happened at around 7 in the morning in late March. Saugus Police receive many calls for a motor vehicle crash that happened in the area of Walnut Street at Birchwood Avenue.

The driver of one of the vehicles and the passenger in another declined treatment on the scene.

Pedestrian Struck by Norwood Hospital
A pedestrian was hit in front of Norwood Hospital. This occurred on Washington Street, and the street was shut down during the investigation. It is unclear if the pedestrian was injured in this accident.

This accident happened on April 25 at around 9 in the morning.

If a driver is not paying attention and they hit a pedestrian, they could alter that person’s life forever because of their negligence.

The Cataldo Ambulance congratulated firefighters who worked on the 6-alarm fire in Chelsea as well as the 2-alarm Somerville fire. Both of these fires occurred on May 3.

Incident on Mass Turnpike

An incident was reported on May 8 at around 5:50 in the evening. The incident occurred on I-91 going southbound on exit 14 on the Massachusetts Turnpike because of tree limbs falling.

If someone is not taking safety precautions on the road, such as a government agency, they can cause accidents to innocent people.

Man Fatally Shot in Haverhill
Police are looking into a shooting that happened on Sunday night in Haverhill. The shooting caused one fatality.

Police officers responded to the intersection of Grand Avenue and Emerson Street at about 11 at night. A 40-year-old man suffered from a gunshot wound to the chest.

The man was taken to Holy Family Hospital. He was pronounced dead there. His identity is not known at this time.

Boston EMS Responds to Construction Worker Injury
On May 7 at around 10 in the morning, East Boston EMS responded to an Injury-1 call. They were en route to an accident where a construction worker was reported to have fallen from a four-story building.

This is all that is known about this accident at this time. The extent of the person’s injuries was not known. If we find out more, we will update this story.
