Car Accident Injury Lawsuits

Dealing with a three-vehicle accident requires specialized knowledge by a Massachusetts personal injury lawyer. An insurance company is likely to believe their insured who says he or she is not at fault. This is because with a multi-vehicle accident it is difficult to attribute fault. If no one is willing to provide sufficient information to make a determination of fault, then a personal injury attorney may need to simply file suit to obtain compensation. Someone was at fault, so at least one of the driver’s will have to pay for injuries sustained in the multi-car collision.

With multiple parties, this means a distribution of settlement proceeds based on percentage of fault and the type of injury you have suffered. Typical settlement damages or awards are for past and future medical treatments, past and future loss of earnings, pain and suffering, diminished quality of life, and “loss of consortium”.

The Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers have handled complex multi-vehicle accidents successfully by obtaining fair awards and compensation for their personal injury client. Call the attorneys at (617) 777-7777 today for a free consultation.
