Pedestrian Accident near Beacon Street
Pedestrian accidents can occur on any type of road. A serious accident can happen suddenly, and accidents that involve pedestrians have a high likelihood of being catastrophic. The Boston Police Department received a report of a pedestrian accident on June 1. The reporting party told police that at approximately 4:50 p.m. an accident occurred on Beacon Street. Officer Jennifer Cellucci and other responders were dispatched to the scene quickly.

Upon arrival, emergency responders administered medical care to the pedestrian for their injuries. The extent of the injuries is still being determined. However, no fatalities were reported. The scene was secured within the hour, and the victim was transported to the hospital.

On May 27, the Boston Police Department received a call about a pedestrian accident that occurred on 350 Blue Hill Avenue. The accident was reported around 2 in the afternoon, and police and other first responders arrived at the scene shortly afterwards.

Officer Wayne Hester was the first to arrive, and he found that a pedestrian was suffering from injuries. EMS administered care to this individual, but the extent of their injuries is still being determined. However, no fatalities were reported.

Ludlow Pedestrian Accident Injures Teen
Pedestrian accidents can cause severe injury as pedestrians are some of the most vulnerable parties on the road. It is so important for vehicle drivers to remember to share the road with pedestrians and to look out for them.

On May 22, a teenager in Ludlow was hit by a motorist in front of Baird Middle School. The 14-year-old student was using the crosswalk when he was hit.  The adult motorist who hit the boy was driving slowly, and this incident is still being investigated. The teen was taken to Holyoke Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
