Hit and Run Accidents
Car accidents are a negative event even under the best of circumstances. Although automobile accidents are an unfortunate fact of life across Boston and surrounding areas, they are made worse when the responsible driver irresoponsibly leaves the scene of the crash. A hit and run accident poses many special problems that a typical accident does not. Sometimes the other driver is never located and therefore they are not forced to be responsible for the damage that they have caused.
So what do you do in case of a hit and run? First, you need to speak with a personal injury attorney. If the other driver cannot be located, your attorney may still be able to help you recover for your injuries and out of pocket expenses.
