Accident on Ellsworth Avenue

Driving on familiar roads can sometimes lull us into complacency. It can be easy to think that accidents only happen on busy freeways, but this is not true. Accidents can occur anywhere and happen out of nowhere. Drivers need to remain cautious at all times to do their part to prevent accidents.

On May 27, Cambridge Police received a call about a hit-and-run accident. The incident involved two vehicles and occurred on Ellsworth Avenue. The police learned of the accident around 10 in the morning and arrived on the scene shortly afterwards. Upon arrival, they discovered that one of the drivers involved had fled the scene.

First respondents gave medical care to at least one victim at the scene. The injuries did not appear to be serious, but the extent of the injuries is still under review. The area was cleared before noon.

Accident on Route 24 South

This is why all drivers must follow all traffic laws when they are driving. Negligent driving can lead to an accident.

On May 28, State Police received information about a vehicle accident involving an overturned vehicle. The accident occurred on Route 24 southbound at I-93 and was reported to emergency personnel around 12:50 in the afternoon. First responders arrived at the scene shortly afterwards and found that two vehicles were involved in the crash.

Medical care was given to at least one victim at the scene, but the extent of the injuries is still under review. The two left lanes were blocked by the overturned vehicle, and police direct traffic around the scene. Statements were taken from those involved in the incident.

This is why all drivers must remember to follow all traffic laws when they are behind the wheel. We must all do our part to keep the roads safe.

The Worcester Police Department received information about a personal injury vehicle accident on May 26. The incident was reported at 6 in the evening, and emergency responders arrived at the scene quickly after hearing this news. The accident occurred at the 500 block of Lincoln Street.

Once arriving at the scene, first responders found that at least one person had sustained minor injuries. The extent of the injuries is still being determined, but they do not appear to have been life-threatening. The area was secured within the hour, and traffic resumed normally.

On May 27, the Boston Police Department received information about a vehicle accident that occurred around 6 in the morning. Police and fire officials arrived at the scene on 708 E Broadway shortly afterwards. Upon arrival, they determined that two vehicles were involved in the accident and at least one person was injured.

Medical care was administered at the scene to at least one individual, but the extent of the injuries is still being determined. Officer Steven Smigliani was the first to arrive, and he and other responders secured the area and took statements from those involved.
