Motorcycle Accidents

The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) reports that motorcycles are hard to see, not well balanced, and exceed expectations in performance, but also don’t provide the security of a vehicle interior. For these reasons, motorcycle operators face more risk of severe harm and even death in accidents. We can all agree with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that the best way to prevent death in these accidents is by an across the board use of helmets. This is especially of importance for motorcycle riders who are at extra risk of being thrown from the motorcycle at extremely high rates of speed.

It is important to talk with a Massachusetts personal injury attorney with extensive knowledge of laws pertaining to motorcycles. Whether you are the rider or were injured by a negligent rider, it is important to call the Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers to tell us your story; call us now at (617) 777-7777. Don’t handle the insurance company on your own, motorcycle accident victims have the same rights as car accident victims and are entitled to damages.
