Accidents that happen at the workplace can be especially hard to individuals to deal with. Employers have a responsibility to ensure their workplace is safe for all of their employees.
On June 5, fire officials responded to Trillium Brewing Company in Canton after receiving a report about a 55-year-old man suffering from serious burns. The incident was reported around 4:45 in the afternoon. The man was transported by medical helicopter to Brigham and Women’s hospital where he is reported to be in serious but stable condition. The victim was a contractor working on the brewery’s equipment. Officials say that it is unclear how he received the burn, but that it is likely related to his work at the brewery.
