On June 2, the Boston Police Department received information about a vehicle accident involving personal injury. The accident was reported to have involved two vehicles and occurred on the Massachusetts Turnpike. The call was received by police around 2:30 p.m., and first responders were dispatched to the scene quickly afterwards.
Officer Daniel McCarthy was one of the first to arrive, and other police soon arrived as support. Upon arrival, it was discovered that at least one individual had suffered injuries, and they were transported to a nearby hospital. Their condition is still under review. However, no fatalities were reported.
