The accident involved two vehicles. However, one fled the scene prior to the arrival of emergency personnel.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene and administered care to the victim. After examining the damage to the vehicle and taking statements from the victim, the vehicle was removed from the flow of traffic. The search is ongoing for the other driver involved in this incident.
