Several passengers on vehicles driving southbound on an Attelboro highway posted cell phone footage of a camper engulfed in enormous black clouds. The video shows clearly the camper was actively on fire between at least 3 p.m. and 4p.m. on Saturday April 14th. None of the videos show whether individuals were in or outside the camper. One video shows the entire interior was engulfed in flames, again with no visible individuals anywhere near the camper.
Car Fire Lawsuit
Most vehicles on the road hold approximately 20 gallons of gas. Gas is a flammable liquid equivalent to explosive devices. Therefore, car manufacturers are supposed to make sure that the vehicle has proper fuel system which would prevent any explosion or fire. Vehicles can catch fire after a strong impact in a car accident, or if the fuel system was improperly designed or maintained. Recent litigation has revealed that sometimes a car fire can actually start due to defective brake systems.
If there is a defect in your vehicle which caused a fire, this is known as a products liability case. Injuries from such cases include severe burns, sometimes such that the victim is disfigured. In extreme cases, a car on fire can cause death if the occupants cannot get out in time.
For such an auto case, you will need a law firm that has the resources to undergo the investigation into the cause of the fire. The Law Offices of Jeffrey S. Glassman is glad to undergo such work in severe injuries and fatal accidents. Call us today at (617) 777-7777 and tell us your story so that we can start working for you.
