Hit-and-Run Crash on Massachusetts Avenue

A hit-and-run accident can be devastating for victims to deal with. These accidents can end up leaving victims behind to suffer and not receive the medical attention they need. Cambridge Police received information about a hit-and-run accident involving two motor vehicles on May 29. The incident was reported to police at approximately 11:00 p.m., and first responders were dispatched to the scene quickly after receiving this news. The accident occurred on Massachusetts Avenue.

Upon arrival, emergency personnel took a report from a Needham resident who remained at the scene. The other vehicle involved had fled after the accident occurred. Minor injuries were reported, and medical care was administered to the victim. The injuries do not appear to have been serious. The accident is still being investigated by police.
