Accident on I-95

A car accident can happen out of nowhere, and they can be some of the most devastating events in a victim’s life. When these accidents occur, a victim’s life can be severely changed and impacted in long-lasting ways. We must all do our part to prevent accidents by remaining vigilant and attentive always.

The Massachusetts State Police received information about a vehicle accident on May 29. Police received the call at approximately 12:00 p.m. and arrived on the scene shortly afterwards. Upon arrival at the scene on I-95 southbound at Exit 12, they found that one of the vehicles involved in the accident was disabled in the road, so emergency responders directed traffic around the area. Traffic in the area was slowed because of the incident.

At least one person sustained injuries in the accident, but the extent of the injuries is still being determined. The accident was cleared within the hour, and traffic flow resumed as normal.

Car Accidents and Injuries

Freeways can be some of the most dangerous roads. While an accident can happen anywhere, accidents that happen on freeways can be some of the most catastrophic because of the speeds involved. We urge all drivers to remain aware of their surroundings at all times, but this is especially true while driving on freeways.

At the Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers, we often see the impacts of car accidents up-close in the cases we handle. We are members of the community, and we want our roads to be safe for everyone. As such, we ask everyone to remember the duty of care they have to others while driving. However, we know accidents can happen to even the safest drivers, so we are also here to help victims get the assistance they need to heal.
