Teenager Hit By Vehicle While Crossing Street

Pedestrian accidents can cause severe injury as pedestrians are some of the most vulnerable parties on the road.

A high school student was hit by a vehicle in West Newbury on Tuesday afternoon.

The 15-year-old male was crossing the road with two friends when he was struck by a Jeep SUV being driven by a woman. This occurred on Route 113 at Pentucket Regional High School. The pedestrian suffered a severe leg injury and was taken to the hospital.

Pedestrian accidents can cause serious injury to pedestrians as they are vulnerable. It is important for drivers to remember to share the road with pedestrians. If a driver is acting negligently, they could end up hitting a pedestrian and impacting their life through injury. Victims of these types of accidents deserve to recover compensation.

At the Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers, we want to help reduce the number of pedestrian accidents that occur. But, when these accidents do happen, we also want to be there for the victims. Contact us to learn how we can help you.
