Multiple Car Accidents Within Hours in Brockton

On Saturday, April 14th, Brockton saw two car accidents in as many hours in the town.

The initial incident was a car rollover near 99 Plymouth Street, early in the morning. The vehicle ended up upside down on the pavement, doors open with personal effects landing onto the road. A man suffered injuries requiring transfer to the hospital.

According to police logs, there is reason to believe this may have been caused by the reckless driving of Jorge Deandrade, a resident of Brockton in his late twenties.

Later that same morning, not too far from the same incident, the city witnessed an additional vehicle rollover. This occurred on Crescent and Commercial Streets. This vehicle landed on the driver’s side. Another vehicle was hit as part of the rollover accident.

Rollover Accidents

When there is a rollover of a car, the immediate thought is there is something wrong with the manufacture of the vehicle. Certain cars rollover more often than others because of their design. Vehicles have been manufactured lately with more safety in mind, but rollovers still happen.

When you are driving a vehicle that is more likely to rollover, it clearly puts you at a higher likelihood of experiencing an accident. Sometimes, the rollover design is not the only defect in the vehicle increasing your odds of severe injury or death.

For these reasons it is important to contact experienced Massachusetts personal injury attorneys who have the knowledge of which manufacturers are likely to place unsafe vehicles on the road. Call the Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers for a consultation 24/7 at (617) 777-7777.
