On June 7, Wilmington Police responded to a call they received about a vehicle accident. The accident was reported at approximately 1:50 in the afternoon, and emergency responders arrived on the scene soon afterwards.
The accident occurred on Aldrich Road and involved two vehicles. Upon arrival, they found that one individual had been injured in the crash, and emergency medical care was given to this individual. Police arrested mark Khalfe, 21, and charged him with speeding and OUI. The name of the injured person was not released.
