Ludlow Pedestrian Accident Injures Teen

Pedestrian accidents can cause severe injury as pedestrians are some of the most vulnerable parties on the road. It is so important for vehicle drivers to remember to share the road with pedestrians and to look out for them.

On May 22, a teenager in Ludlow was hit by a motorist in front of Baird Middle School. The 14-year-old student was using the crosswalk when he was hit.  The adult motorist who hit the boy was driving slowly, and this incident is still being investigated. The teen was taken to Holyoke Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
