Hit-and-Run Accident on Purchase Street

Hit-and-Run Accident on Purchase Street

Car accidents can occur without warning, and the impacts of some accidents can be quite devastating. Reckless driving can leave victims with serious injuries, and these injuries can have serious impacts on victim’s lives. Drivers who flee the scene of an accident are acting criminally and could be leaving victims behind to suffer.

On May 25, the Boston Police Department received information about a motor vehicle accident that involved a hit-and-run driver. Internal reports indicated the accident involved two vehicles, one of which fled the scene. The accident was reported around 11 in the morning and occurred at 109 Purchase Street.

Officer Kenneth Curley was the first to arrive at the scene, and other emergency responders follow shortly after. Upon arrival, they found that at least one victim suffered from injuries. The extent of the injuries is still being determined, but the injuries do not appear to have been life-threatening.

Injuries and Accidents

While the cause of this accident is still being investigated, the actions of hit-and-run drivers are hard to understand. This is a criminal activity that puts other people at risk. All drivers must remember the responsibility they have to one another. When victims are injured, they can seek assistance so that they can focus on recovery.

We at the Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers are involved in our community, and we want our roads to be safe. We urge all drivers to do their part to prevent accidents as the consequences of these accidents can be severe. However, we know that accidents cannot be completely avoided, so we are also here to help victims get the help they need to heal.
