Athletic Club Destroyed in Fire

On May 6, an athletic club in Fairhaven was ruined because of a fire.

The Thomas Livesey Memorial Club on Hopkins Street has been declared a total loss after flames started in the building on Sunday at around 4 in the morning.

No one was in the building at the time of the fire. Crews responded, but the building was already fully engulfed in flames.

The cause of the fire is still being looked into.
