The Red Cross was helping nine people who were displaced after a basement fire. The fire happened at 143 Canterbury Street on Sunday evening.
Firefighters responded to the blaze the started in the basement.
Officials say that about 30 firefighters were on the scene with around 12 trucks. Police closed down the road. The fire is still being investigated.
It is not known if anyone was injured in the blaze, but it does not sound like they were.
