Injury Accident on Hilltop Drive in Saugus

On June 10, the Saugus Police Department received a call about a vehicle accident with personal injury. The incident was reported to have involved two vehicles and was called into police around 7:40 at night. The accident occurred on Sohier Road and Hilltop Drive.

First responders were dispatched to the scene soon after hearing of the accident. Once they arrived, they found that one victim had suffered for injuries because of the crash. The extent of their injuries is still under review, and they were transported to a nearby hospital to be treated. Statements were taken from those involved and from witnesses, and the scene was secured and cleared within the hour. The flow of traffic resumed as normal.

Two-Vehicle Accident Leads to Death of Robert Lind

On June 10, State Police responded to a head-on collision which lead to one fatality. According to police, a 32-year-old man, Robbery Lind, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash which occurred in the afternoon.

The incident happened after a vehicle being driven by 26-year-old Sarah Loos of Bondville crossed the center line and struck Lind’s vehicle. Police have charged Loos with grossly negligent operation resulting in death and driving under the influence of drugs. She is expected to appear in court at a future date. A passenger in Lind’s vehicle was also airlifted to a hospital and had sustained significant injuries. Lind suffered minor injuries in the crash, also.

Car Accident on Massachusetts Avenue

On June 10, the Boston Police Department received information about a two-car accident. The accident occurred on 1100 Massachusetts Avenue and was reported to police around 9:40 at night. First responders arrived on the scene shortly afterward and found that at least one person had been injured in the collision. Medical care was given to this individual at the scene. The extent of their injuries is still under review, and no fatalities were reported.

Emergency personnel secured the scene while the accident was being cleared. Within the hour, the accident had been cleaned up and traffic resumed as normal. The area was impacted for less than two hours.

Pride Parade Accident Injures Three, Two Police Officers and One Pedestrian

On June 10, an accident involving two motorcycles and a pedestrian was reported. The accident occurred when two police officers on motorcycles collided with each other. Police on the scene of the incident say that two on-duty officers were responding to a call of an officer needing medical help when they ran into each other and hit a pedestrian.

This incident occurred at the Pride Parade in Boston. The elderly woman who was hit was watching the parade when the accident occurred. All three people sustained injuries and were transported to Massachusetts General Hospital. The crash did not disrupt the parade, and traffic was not impacted. No fatalities were reported, and the scene was cleared within the hour. The identity of the pedestrian has not been released.

Tractor-Trailer Crash in Milton Causes Injuries

On June 10, State Police received a report of an accident that involved a tractor-trailer and one other vehicle. The accident occurred shortly before 8 in the morning, and first responders were dispatched to the scene quickly upon hearing the news of the accident. This incident occurred on I-93 going northbound in Milton.

Upon arrival at the scene, emergency responders secured the area and discovered that some of the individuals involved in the accident had sustained injuries from the crash. The right two lanes of the road were closed as EMTs administered medical care to these individuals. Traffic was diverted around the area. The extent of their injuries involved in the accident is still under review. However, no fatalities were reported.

Two-Vehicle Accident Leads to Death of Three People

On June 10, a lethal car accident caused the death of three people, including a 7-year-old child.

State Police responded to the accident which occurred around 1:30 in the afternoon. A Woburn woman was behind the wheel of a car that was hit by another driver. The 46-year-old woman was driving a Ford Explorer on Portland Street when her car was hit by a 1994 Honda Civic that slid into her path. The two vehicles collided, killing three people in the Honda.

The victims including a 31-year-old driver, a 29-year-old man, and a 7-year-old boy. A 73-year-old woman riding in the ford was taken to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead. The names of the victims in this accident have not yet been released. The crash is still being investigated by State Police and other police departments.

Hit-and-Run Injury Accident in Worcester

On June 10, the Worcester Police Department received information about a vehicle accident that involved two vehicles.

The accident occurred on the 100 block of Shrewsbury Street and was reported to emergency personnel around 10 at night. First responders arrive at the scene soon afterward and found that one individual had been injured in the crash. They also learned that one of the drivers involved had fled the scene after the initial impact. Medical care was given to the victim at the scene, but the extent of their injuries is still under review. No fatalities were reported.

Police direct traffic around the area and the crash was cleared within the hour. Statements were taken and recorded by the police. This accident remains under investigation by police, and the other driver has not yet been found.

Alleged Drunk Driver Arrested in Three-Car Crash that Killed a 63-Year-Old

On June 10, State Police responded to a three-car crash that occurred in Chelmsford. The accident occurred on Route 3. Emergency responders including EMTs were dispatched to the scene quickly

Upon arrival, first responders found that Christopher Thompson, 38, of Nashua, had caused the accident and appeared to be driving. He was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and causing serious bodily injury. Thompson was driving a 2016 Jetta when he rear-ended a 1996 Toyota Camry being driven by a 63-year-old man. The accident occurred around 1:25 a.m.

The 63-year-old victim was pronounced dead due to injuries sustained in the crash. His identity has not been released at this time.

Accident on Harding Street

On June 10, the Worcester Police Department received a report of a two-vehicle accident involving injuries. The accident was reported to police around 1 in the morning, and first responders arrived shortly afterward at the 100 block of Harding Street. Police and fire crews including EMTs were dispatched to the area within a short amount of time.

Initially, emergency responders directed traffic around the area, and, within the hour, the accident was cleared. The victims spoke to police about the incident. One person was injured in the crash, and they were given medical care at the scene. The extent of their injuries is still being determined. Statements were also taken from those who were involved in the accident. No fatalities were reported in this incident.

Six-Vehicle Pile-up Accident in North Attleboro Causes Injuries

On June 10, Massachusetts State Police received a report of a multi-vehicle accident. The information was received by police around 7:00 in the morning on Sunday, and emergency responders were dispatched to the scene soon afterwards. Upon arrival at the scene, they discovered that the accident involved six vehicles and multiple injuries. The incident occurred on I-95 near Exit 5 in North Attleboro.

First responders administer medical care to multiple victims at the scene. Three people had to be transported to area hospitals. The extent of their injuries is still being determined. However, no fatalities were reported. The scene was cleared within the hour, and traffic began to flow normally within a short time of the accident being cleaned up.
